Welcome to Fixturs! By accessing or using our mobile application and marketing website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the Fixturs app, or browsing our site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Fixturs app or associated services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use Fixturs squad management features, you must register an account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete account information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Fixturs.

3. Squad Management & RSVPs

Fixturs facilitates squad scheduling, player headcount confirmation, and fixture organization. Group captains are responsible for setting squad rules and managing group invitations. Fixturs is not responsible for real-world venue arrangements, match disruptions, or disputes between squad members.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Fixturs offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes core squad features for up to 16 active roster members.
• Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited squad members, multi-team management, and advanced statistics. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other squad members or users.
• Posting illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of our application or backends.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fixturs is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixturs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or attendance at organized fixtures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the application or website. Continued use of Fixturs after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
