At Fixturs, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and related website.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to run your sports squads and facilitate game organization:

• Account Information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided).
• Squad & Fixture Data: We store details of the groups you create or join, scheduled games (times, default venues), and your RSVP statuses (playing, bench, tentative).
• Subscription Information: Transaction data and subscription status is processed by third-party processors (such as RevenueCat, Apple, or Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To initialize your squad dashboard, manage rosters, and split teams.
• To notify captains and players about upcoming fixture schedule changes and RSVP confirmations.
• To manage your active subscription tier (Free vs Pro).
• To diagnose technical issues and optimize app performance.

3. Data Security and Infrastructure

Your database entries and credentials are secured using industry-standard protocols via our backend provider, Supabase. Access policies (Row Level Security) are implemented to ensure that only authorized squad members can view group rosters, fixture schedules, and profile names.

4. Data Sharing and Advertising

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party tracking networks or sell advertising slots based on your personal information. Your data belongs strictly to you and your squad.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You have full control over your data:

• Profile Updates: You can edit your name, position, and profile preferences anytime inside the app.
• Account Deletion: You can request immediate deletion of your profile and squad history inside the Settings tab of the application. Upon confirmation, your record is purged from Supabase.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the date at the top.
